Using real-time posting data from frequently updated data resources in tandem with traditional data collection resources, ODT provides actionable data related to unemployment, wages, educational attainment, populations and demographics, and many other metrics or information pertaining to the IT industry in southeast Michigan.
Identify Needs –
Thoroughly explore and understand the regional technology industry to identify talent needs to develop strategies and encourage solutions that support short- and long-term national competitiveness.
Support area technology firms by providing a network of industry peers, potential partners, suppliers, and customers, as well as direct access to workforce development partners, community based organizations, higher education institutions, economic developers, and other regional stakeholders to collectively and effectively address industry-identified projects and challenges
